How does the shuttle transfer to Vienna Airport work?
Our VIP shuttle runs individually for you ("On Demand"). This means: As soon as you have parked at our lot near Vienna Airport and checked in, the bus departs. There are no fixed schedules or long waiting times. The journey time to the Schwechat terminal is approx. 7 minutes. We take you directly to the departure area (Terminal 1 or 3).
How will I be picked up upon return at Schwechat Airport?
Very straightforward: As soon as you have landed and received your luggage at Vienna Airport, please call our hotline (+43 664 2213064). The shuttle will then pick you up promptly at the agreed meeting point in front of the terminal and bring you safely back to your car in Fischamend.
When should I arrive at the parking lot?
We recommend arriving at our parking lot about 2.5 hours before your scheduled departure. This gives you enough time for key handover, unloading luggage, and the transfer to Schwechat Airport without rushing.

When do I have to pay for my parking space?
You are completely flexible with us: You can either pay conveniently online in advance (credit card, PayPal, EPS, Sofortüberweisung) or pay the amount in cash or by card (EC/credit card) upon arrival at our airport parking lot.
Can I cancel my parking reservation for free?
Yes. Travel plans can change. A cancellation at Evolution Parking is possible absolutely free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked arrival time. Just send us a short email.
Do I need to make a reservation or can I come spontaneously to park in Fischamend?
If you want to park cheaply at Vienna Airport, you should plan early. We strongly recommend booking online in advance, especially during the holiday season. This is the only way we can guarantee you a free parking space. Spontaneous arrivals at the parking lot are possible, but we are often fully booked.
Security & Service (Safe parking lot)
Do I have to hand over my car key when parking?
Yes. Currently, key handover is mandatory for all bookings as we are increasing security at our spaces and expanding our parking capacities near Vienna Airport. Your key will be kept in a highly secure safe.
What happens if there is a flight delay in Vienna-Schwechat?
Don't worry. We monitor flight times at Vienna Airport live using your flight number. Should your return flight to Schwechat be delayed, we will of course wait for you – at no extra charge for the shuttle driver's waiting time.
Is the airport parking lot in Fischamend guarded?
Yes. Our premises in Fischamend are the ideal parking garage alternative for Vienna Airport. It is heavily fenced, very well lit at night, and monitored around the clock by HD video. In addition, trained staff is almost always on site. Your car is 100% safe with us.
Are there child seats in the shuttle bus?
Yes, we have booster seats and full child seats available for the transfer to Schwechat in our shuttle buses. Please ideally indicate this directly when booking in the "Remarks" field or let our staff on site know.
